For SIZE PROZESS® personality analyses, only digital psychological questionnaires are used. These instruments are scientifically evaluated, proven in practice, and fully compliant with data protection requirements.

The digital SIZE PROZESS® personality questionnaires in use since 2008 were scientifically reviewed and further developed over a period of two years in collaboration with Univ.-Prof. Dr. Thomas Werani (Johannes Kepler University Linz).

Particular emphasis was placed on a multidimensional scale structure, enabling differentiated evaluation results that can be applied systemically in practice. The scientifically defined quality criteria of reliability and validity are not only met, but in many cases clearly exceeded.

Result of the scientific evaluation:

“All scales underlying the SIZE PROZESS® approach meet the defined minimum requirements for reliability and validity in the overall results, with most scales exceeding these requirements by a wide margin.

The overall quality of the SIZE PROZESS® measurement instrument can therefore be classified as high. This result is statistically well substantiated, as the scale validation involved not only first-generation but also more demanding second-generation methods, and was based on a broad data set (n = 751).”
