SIZE PROZESS® is an independent, integrative personality and communication model that combines different psychological theoretical approaches.
Its theoretical foundations draw particularly on personality psychology, developmental psychology, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, motivational psychology, Transactional Analysis, as well as systemic and communication psychology perspectives.
Its central assumptions – particularly the relative stability and capacity for change of personality, its interaction with the environment, and the importance of basic psychological needs – are consistent with findings from contemporary psychological research.
The integration of these approaches into a dynamic SELF-SYSTEM comprising six personality styles, the distinction between Survival and Performance Styles, and the concept of the Current Life Stage represent distinctive theoretical elements of SIZE PROZESS®.
