SIZE PROZESS® is an independent model development based on recognized psychological and systemic theories, including humanistic psychology, depth psychology, classical and systemic transactional analysis, as well as systems theory approaches.
These theoretical foundations have not been adopted or replicated, but integrated into an independent structure, terminology, and methodology and continuously further developed for more than 25 years.
The aim has always been — and continues to be — to understand personality in a differentiated way while making it practically applicable for development, communication, and collaboration.
DEVELOPMENT AND SCIENTIFIC EVALUATION OF THE SIZE PROZESS® QUESTIONNAIRE (VALIDITY & RELIABILITY)
To assess personality characteristics, Fritz Zehetner developed an independent psychological questionnaire in 2008 with a differentiated scaling logic and proprietary scoring algorithms.
The foundation is a multidimensional scaling approach that deliberately avoids simple total scores and instead considers individual patterns derived from multiple subscales. In this way, the complexity of personality is represented in a systemic and practice-oriented manner.
Between 2008 and 2010, the questionnaire was scientifically evaluated and further developed in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Thomas Werani at Johannes Kepler University Linz until it met the current quality criteria for reliability and validity.
