SIZE PROZESS® combines an independent, integrative personality model with a scientifically evaluated psychological questionnaire. The quality of the measurement instrument has been assessed in two scientific studies.

Scientific Evaluation 2008–2010

The SIZE PROZESS® Personality Questionnaire was scientifically evaluated and further developed in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Thomas Werani from Johannes Kepler University Linz.

The study, based on 751 datasets, confirmed that the scales examined met the defined requirements for reliability (consistency) and validity (accuracy of measurement). The overall quality of the measurement instrument was rated as high.

Further Scientific Evaluation in 2023

In 2023, the digital SIZE PROZESS® Personality Questionnaire underwent a further scientific evaluation conducted by Sophie Hajek-Gattermeyer, MSc, psychologist and university lecturer in statistics and quantitative research methods at Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna.

The evaluation examined reliability and construct validity using both classical and modern statistical methods, including Cronbach's alpha as well as exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses.

The expert assessment found highly satisfactory results regarding the psychometric quality criteria examined and provided support for the underlying theoretical scale structure.

What Do Validity and Reliability Mean?

• Reliability (Consistency): Describes how consistently and precisely a questionnaire measures the personality characteristics being assessed.

• Validity (Accuracy of Measurement): Describes the extent to which a questionnaire actually measures the characteristics it is intended to measure.
