SIZE PROZESS® offers a real opportunity for an intensive discussion with yourself. Just as Delphi oracle invites: "Recognize yourself!". We can add here: Recognize the successful interactions and the successful communication with other personalities. SIZE PROZESS® does not rely on an oracle, but builds on scientifically recognized, theoretically founded and psychologically realistic concepts. Self-awareness with the SIZE PROZESS® allows our customers to act more effectively, more freely and more resiliently in their professional roles, they do this successfully for themselves and for their organizations.

In team development, SIZE PROZESS® offers a total of three professional observation perspectives that can be used easily and simply - depending on your wishes and concerns - individually or in combination.
The Team Analysis stimulates an exciting, reflective dialogue. Existing actions, which are often based on tried and tested recipes for success in the past, can be contrasted with the new challenges of the future. The development need for a team can thus be identified at an early stage and it can react quickly and flexibly to these signals.
Perspective 1: PEOPLE AND INTERACTION
Individuals and their interactions are more important than processes and tools. The focus here is on people and direct exchange is seen as more essential than formalisms. Team members are characterized by different personality and character traits. Your communication behavior is also strongly influenced by your roles in the team.
Perspective 2: CORE CULTURE OF THE TEAM:
The environment is very important for the extent to which the resources and potential of the individual team members develop (come to fruition). The core culture in the team, as deeply internalized, shared basic assumptions, thought patterns and long-term values (value systems), determines how the team thinks and acts. It becomes visible through behavior, communication, decisions and actions. It is crucial for success to create a motivating culture in the team, which enables all members of the team to be encouraged to develop their full potential.
Perspective 3: COMPETENCIES FOR AGILE TEAM WORK:
The focus is on eight future-oriented meta-competence fields for high-performance and agile teams of today. The central question is: "What competencies as a team will we need in the future and where do we stand today?" With this analysis, GAPs between new, future-oriented requirements for the team on the one hand and the actually "lived" agile attitude, speed, adaptability and customer focus on the other hand, become recognizable and discussable cooperatively.
