SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLES
SIZE PROZESS® is an independent, integrative model of personality and communication. It combines scientific insights from various psychological and systems-oriented disciplines—including personality and developmental psychology, humanistic psychology, Transactional Analysis, and systems theory—into its own comprehensive theoretical framework.
Rather than adopting existing theories, the model integrates and further develops them within its own conceptual structure, terminology, and methodology, based on a systemic understanding of personality. For more than 25 years, the model has been continuously refined through theoretical reflection and practical application.
The aim of the SIZE PROZESS® Model is not only to describe personality in terms of individual traits or behaviours, but to understand it as a dynamic SELF-SYSTEM. By integrating developmental, personality, and systems perspectives, the model provides a practical framework for personal development, communication, leadership, coaching, and collaboration.
DEVELOPMENT AND SCIENTIFIC EVALUATION OF THE SIZE PROZESS® QUESTIONNAIRE (VALIDITY & RELIABILITY)
To assess personality characteristics, Fritz Zehetner developed an independent psychological questionnaire in 2008 with a differentiated scaling logic and proprietary scoring algorithms.
The foundation is a multidimensional scaling approach that deliberately avoids simple total scores and instead considers individual patterns derived from multiple subscales. In this way, the complexity of personality is represented in a systemic and practice-oriented manner.
Between 2008 and 2010, the questionnaire was scientifically evaluated and further developed in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Thomas Werani at Johannes Kepler University Linz until it met the current quality criteria for reliability and validity.
